Assistant Manager, Nursing Administration & Operations - #1167854

• Support the planning and management of patient service associate (PSA) operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and career development initiatives.

• Coordinate training programmes and competency development to strengthen PSA capabilities and operational effectiveness.

• Drive operational improvements by standardising workflows and supporting system enhancements across departments.

• Participate in organisation-wide and national healthcare transformation projects, including workflow redesign, system implementation, and change management activities.

• Serve as the key liaison between operational teams and project stakeholders, facilitating communication, gathering user feedback, and supporting successful project rollouts.

• Manage the full lifecycle of nursing recognition and award programmes, including nominations, stakeholder coordination, event planning, and award administration.

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of nursing education facilities, equipment, and training resources to support learning activities.

• Coordinate nursing education operations, workshops, and departmental initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operational, educational, and administrative projects.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and undertake additional operational and administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Health Sciences or equivalent
