Loans Executive

Contract Duration: 4 months (renewable)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9AM-6PM

Location: Changi Biz Park

Salary Range: Up to $4,500 (based on salary benchmark)

Job scope:

1. Perform technical verification and validation of customers' income and supporting documents for unsecured loan applications.

2. Process unsecured loan account creation, maintenance, and updates within the Bank’s operating systems in accordance with established procedures.

3. Navigate across multiple internal systems to perform pre-processing activities and ensure accurate and complete data capture.

4. Conduct data entry, validation, and quality checks to ensure information accuracy and completeness.

5. Handle and respond promptly to internal and external enquiries related to unsecured loan origination processes.

6. Review application details and supporting documents to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.

7. Escalate discrepancies, exceptions, and potential fraud indicators to the relevant teams for further investigation.

8. Track and manage assigned cases to ensure processing is completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

9. Support operational process improvements and participate in user testing or implementation activities when required.

10. Maintain proper documentation and records of all processing activities.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Credit, Compliance, and Customer Service, to facilitate smooth loan processing.

12. Perform other ad-hoc operational duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / diploma in banking or relevant field

o Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.

o Demonstrated experience in supporting event coordination and logistics.
