Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of advanced deposition equipment such as Novellus Altus and Centura CVD WXZ systems.

• Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and production throughput.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and temperature control systems.

• Perform fault analysis and identify root causes using SPC data and technical analysis methods.

• Collaborate closely with process engineers to improve film deposition quality, thickness uniformity, and defect reduction.

• Identify recurring equipment or process issues and implement long-term corrective solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in PVD module.

• Strong knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) WXZ and WWEB processes.

• Familiar with vacuum systems and pumps troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Experience working with Novellus Altus and Centura equipment/tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
