Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
Plan and coordinate material movement to support production schedules.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues.
Prepare and process import, export, shipping, receiving, and customs documentation.
Ensure all import and export documents comply with customs and trade regulations.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing logistics costs.
Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials in the warehouse.
Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Generate logistics reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Familiar with import and export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and shipping processes.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or data centre environment.
