Job Description

• Ensure timely collection and delivery of cargoes / containers.

• Ensure proper documentations

• Adhere to all safety requirements while on the job and ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements.

• Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping.

• Report any vehicle or cargo / container damage due to accident.

• Report any container number / seal number discrepancy during the course of work.

• Proper handling of company assets and equipment.

• Submit driver's DO on a daily basis.

• Check and update vehicle daily checklist.

• Check and confirm delivery notes are endorsed and collect back before leaving customers premises.

• Feedback to Traffic Controller / Superior on any issues that arise at customer's premises, for the purpose of information sharing with colleagues.

Job Requirement

• Possess valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 driving licence.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in driving a Prime Mover in Singapore will be an advantage.

• Familiar with PSA/Jurong Port procedures and requirements.

• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.

• Familiar with container yard operations.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

• Able to work 5.5 days
