Sales Manager - Freight forwarding and logistics - Singaporean - MNC - #1167561

Workplace: Pandan Road
5 Days work week : Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Basic $5,000 – $6,500 + incentives (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight services.

• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing new customers.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Participate in corporate sales planning and strategy development.

• Prepare and submit proposals, respond to customer enquiries, and follow up on requests.

• Align customer expectations internally and with vendors.

• Provide timely and accurate information on industry and customer trends.

• Ensure customers pay within agreed credit terms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hunter sales role within freight forwarding and logistics

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to manage and grow client relationships

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
