Join our team! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist / Sales Support Executive to support our sales operations and deliver excellent customer support in Woodlands.

Job Highlights

• Basic Salary Range: $2800 – $3600 (Commensurate with experience)

Work Arrangement:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (+ Once Saturday half day per month, 9:00AM – 1:00PM)

• Location: Woodlands (North Region)

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal departments to support the full sales lifecycle.

• Process sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, procurement, and coordinate order fulfillment accurately and efficiently.

• Assist the Sales Team with timely order provisioning and deployment.

• Provide post-sales and administrative support to maintain high service standards.

• Manage client enquiries professionally and promptly across phone and digital channels.

• Prepare and submit work-related reports, including revenue forecasts and analysis.

• Perform general customer care and administrative duties as assigned.

• Utilize Synergix ERP system to handle daily processing and operational workflows.

Requirements:

• Prior Experience with ERP systems is required (hands-on experience with Synergix ERP).
