Job Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries from local and overseas customers through phone and email.

• Provide customers with information on quotations, pricing, order status and delivery schedules.

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly.

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery orders and tax invoices.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Logistics teams on customer requirements.

• Monitor order progress and follow up internally to ensure delivery commitments are met.

• Arrange local and overseas deliveries with freight forwarders when required.

• Escalate technical enquiries to the appropriate internal personnel.

• Support the promotion and sale of products to existing and potential customers.

• Prepare monthly and annual sales reports and perform basic sales-data analysis.

• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records and contact databases.

• Prepare simple marketing materials, presentations and product write-ups when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least one year of experience in sales support, customer service, order management or a similar role.

• Experience within electronics, manufacturing or industrial products would be advantageous.

• Comfortable preparing quotations and processing purchase orders and sales documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience using QAD, MFG Pro or another ERP system would be advantageous.

• Strong communication, coordination and time-management skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, responsible and committed to meeting customer timelines.
