About the role

Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating import shipments and ensuring operational excellence in import/export logistics.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports, and related paperwork

• Maintain accurate and well-organised shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems

• Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations

• Handle customs permits and declarations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters, and coordinate cargo survey arrangements when needed

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor on daily operational and administrative tasks, and liaise with overseas offices and partners

• Generate monthly reports in accordance with customers' requirements

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirement:

• Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight import operations

• Strong customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritise responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
