Finance Manager (MNC)

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Consumer Mobile business unit to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Manage monthly financial closing, performance reporting, and variance analysis against budget and forecast.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial performance tracking.

• Develop financial models and evaluate business cases, including Capex investments and new product initiatives.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support commercial decisions and Go-To-Market strategies.

• Liaise with auditors and support balance sheet reconciliations, audit queries, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.

• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, financial models, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or finance business partnering.

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.

• Good understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g. IFRS 15) and accounting principles.

• Experience in the telecommunications, consumer, or product-based industry is an advantage.
