You’ll help bring our menu to life — executing dishes with attention to detail, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a calm and reliable kitchen rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation

• Maintain proper food storage and handling in line with food safety standards

• Monitor food wastage and portion control to support cost and sustainability goals

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across all kitchen operations

• Handle kitchen equipment with care to minimise breakdowns and extend usability

• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen workflow, efficiency, and food quality

• Support the team with other kitchen duties as required

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience

• Ability to work calmly and cooperatively in a team environment

• Positive, responsible, and professional attitude

• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
