Job Description

• • Understand and comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operating
  procedures at all times.
  
  • Carry out inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and cycle count activities
  accurately and in a timely manner.
  
  • Conduct visual inspections on incoming and outgoing materials; promptly
  report any damage, discrepancy, or non-conformity.
  
  • Support the Supervisor in achieving daily operational targets and KPIs.
  
  • Perform general warehousing duties including material handling,
  stocktaking, inventory accuracy, database updates, and documentation
  control.
  
  • Ensure all warehouse documentation (e.g. delivery notes, inventory
  records) is accurate and submitted on time.
  
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, safety programs, and
  operational enhancements.

Work Shifts

• 4 days (Mon to Wed and Sun): 0830 - 2030

• 4 days (Mon to Wed and Sun): 2030 - 0830

• 4 days (Wed to Sat): 0830 - 203

• 4 days (Wed to Sat): 2030 - 0830

• 5 days (Mon to Fri): 0815 - 1745

• 5 days (Mon to Fri): 0830 to 1730

• 5 days (Mon to Fri): 0845 - 1815

• 5 days (Mon to Fri): 0830 to 1815
