We are hiring an Operation Manager for manufacturing operation and resource planning, customer interfacing for a market leader in automation machine manufacturing company

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Manufacturing resources to maintain effective utilization of manpower, equipment, material and factory space.

• Lead and drive quality Key Performance Indicators: on-time-delivery, quality, improvement of throughput capacity and cycle time reduction.

• Plan, organize and direct the work of the Manufacturing/ Materials/ Engineering resources towards achievement of planned goals.

• Planning, implementing of the plant and facilities needs and facilities maintaining of the company.

• Promote good safety practices and promote safety awareness.

• Ensure production equipment are kept in good working condition.

• Ensure department is compliance to documentation control policy.

• To facilitate, provide guidance and commitment to the execution of key company initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Housekeeping Practices.

• To lead the department in meeting productivity and operational goals of the company through effective communications and good working relationship with all departments.

• To provide guidance and commitment and taking overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness to the execution of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (QEHSMS) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering

• Good understanding of an engineering manufacturing company environment
