Senior / Medical Social Worker, EGH Planning Office - #1167347

As a Medical Social Worker, you will make a meaningful difference by providing essential psychosocial support, counselling and practical assistance to patients and their families facing personal, social, emotional and financial challenges arising from illness.

Your expertise will help alleviate their difficulties and restore their social and psychological functioning. Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and hospital staff, you deliver holistic care that addresses the complete needs of patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts major in Social Work, Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work

• Relevant work experience will be an added advantage

• Preferably a registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
