Join a global logistics MNC with strong exposure to warehouse operations, automation, KPI management and process improvement.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Shift Available: Day Shift / Night Shift
Location: East Area
Salary: Up to $5,720, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and organise daily warehouse operations to ensure service expectations and delivery timelines are met.

• Ensure goods are accurately collected, received, handled, sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched.

• Lead, coach and motivate warehouse staff to achieve company, supplier and customer objectives.

• Enforce compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, 5S practices and audit requirements.

• Monitor staff compliance, data accuracy, inventory control and operational KPI performance.

• Perform process evaluations, drive improvement initiatives and oversee project implementation.

• Manage customer complaints, operational issues and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant warehouse operations or customer service experience.

• Strong leadership experience in managing warehouse teams and daily operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and VBA.

• Experience using Power BI, Tableau or operations dashboards to track KPIs and drive improvements.

• Good knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and implementation.

• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working day or night shift depending on operational needs.
