Systems Solutions Engineer (Associate / Senior) - #1167309

Job Summary

We are looking for a Systems Solutions Engineer to join our Technical Engineering team. Whether you are an experienced presales engineer or looking to grow your career in ELV solution design, you will work closely with clients, sales, and project teams to deliver innovative solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, PA/VA, and integrated ELV systems. Depending on your experience, you will independently manage projects or support senior engineers on larger and more complex opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare technical proposals for ELV solutions.

• Conduct site surveys and understand client requirements.

• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, schematics and system architecture.

• Design integrated solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and PA/VA systems.

• Participate in technical presentations and client meetings.

• Work closely with Sales, Project Delivery and Engineering teams.

• Evaluate suitable products and technical solutions.

• Support RFP/RFQ submissions and proposal documentation.

• Senior engineers will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers and engage with consultants and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, PA/VA or related ELV systems.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Able to prepare technical proposals and conduct site surveys.

• Client-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience with leading VMS, Access Control or integrated security platforms is an advantage.

• Senior candidates should have experience leading complex technical proposals and mentoring junior engineers.
