Port Operations Executive (3 years) - #1167296

Salary: Up to $3,500, AWS + Variable Bonus (Company & Individual), Operational Incentives + Night Shift Allowances, Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (paid over 3 years)

Location: Pasir Panjang / Tuas / near VivoCity (assignment by company)
Transport provided for Tuas.

Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts: 7:30am – 7:30pm / 7:30pm – 7:30am

Shift pattern: Work 3 days, off 2 days

• Manage vessel operations and resource planning

• Supervise quayside activities and container yard operations

• Use Terminal Operations Systems for coordination

• Lead and manage equipment specialist teams

Requirements

• Singaporeans only

• At least Diploma holder

• Willing to work shifts

• Relevant experience preferred

Additional Info

• Mostly office-based (air-conditioned), occasional on-site port duties

• 1-year traineeship (3–6 months training + probation), convertible to permanent role

• Strong career progression (Executive to Senior Management level)
