Rotary Engineering

Preferably looking for experienced Senior Project Engineer ready to progress into project management. Should have proven experience in Electrical and Instrumentation construction, project execution, client management, commercial awareness, budgeting, construction planning, procurement coordination, HSE, quality management, and leading multidisciplinary teams within the Oil & Gas or industrial EPC sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development

    • Support business development by engaging clients, identifying opportunities, assisting in proposal implementation, and providing project feedback to the Business Development team.

  • Tender & Proposal Management

    • Evaluate ITB documents, prepare technical proposals, support tender submissions, attend clarification meetings, and develop execution strategies.

  • Engineering Management

    • Review engineering designs, technical specifications, constructability, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with client requirements and engineering standards.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Build strong client relationships, lead project meetings, resolve issues promptly, monitor project progress, and achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Commercial & Financial Management

    • Manage project budgets, profitability, cash flow, progress claims, revenue, and financial reporting to ensure project success.

  • HSE & Quality Management

    • Promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE requirements, lead quality initiatives, oversee workforce competency development, and support continuous improvement.

  • Procurement & Vendor Management

    • Coordinate procurement strategies, evaluate vendors, participate in technical and commercial discussions, and optimize procurement costs.

  • Construction Planning & Execution

    • Plan manpower and resources, monitor productivity (PI), manage construction progress, coordinate QS on change orders, monitor S-curves, and lead construction meetings.

  • Resource & Equipment Management

    • Optimize manpower allocation, oversee equipment utilization, identify productivity improvements, and support recruitment planning.

  • Reporting & Leadership

    • Prepare project progress reports, monitor KPIs, capture lessons learned, mentor project personnel, and support the successful delivery of multiple projects.
