About the Role

As a Retail Associate at the Longchamp Airport Transit Store, you will represent the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship and timeless Parisian style. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic travel retail environment, support daily store operations, and contribute to achieving commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage travellers professionally, ensuring a warm and positive service experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products across leather goods, handbags, travel accessories, and seasonal collections.

• Build meaningful customer interactions that encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.

Sales & Brand Representation

• Support store sales targets through attentive service and strong product knowledge.

• Represent the Longchamp brand with professionalism, confidence, and an appreciation for the brand’s heritage.

• Share information on travel exclusives, product features, and ongoing promotions.

Store Operations

• Perform cashiering duties and handle tax‑free transactions in accordance with airport retail SOPs.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Longchamp’s brand guidelines.

• Assist with stock management, including receiving, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure the store environment remains organised and compliant with airport security requirements.

Service Excellence

• Address customer queries and concerns professionally, escalating as necessary.

• Stay familiar with current collections, craftsmanship details, materials, and product stories.

Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, leather goods, or travel retail.

• Service‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (airport operating hours).

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in delivering quality customer service.

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week

• 3 Shifts: 5.45am to 3.30pm, 10am to 7.45pm, 3.15pm to 1am.

• 1 way transportation provided for 1st and 3rd shift.
