• Assisting aesthetic doctor with skin preparations, injectable preparation, dermal filler, laser and other medical aesthetic treatments

• Maintaining inventory for medical stock

• Scheduling of appointments

• Other admin tasks

• Handle customers' requests and enquiries

• Work location at Orchard

Job Requirements:

• Quick thinker and organized

• Customer service oriented

• Well-groomed with friendly personality

• At least one year experience serving as clinic assistant at an Aesthetic Clinic

• Experience in assisting aesthetic doctor for skin preparations, dermal filler, laser and other medical aesthetic treatments
