Electrical R&D Engineer - #1167232

Location: Yishun

Working day/hour: Monday- Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Support electrical assembly, wiring, and system integration by accurately interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of EtherCAT communication systems and working knowledge of TwinCAT for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

• Provide structured feedback to engineering teams to support design improvements and enhance system reliability.

• Maintain accurate build and issue logs, and coordinate with procurement teams to track and order missing components.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety practices.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Relevant working experience in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
