Cyber Security Manager - #1167173

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Manager, where you will be pivotal in enhancing our cybersecurity framework and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. This role offers an opportunity to lead security initiatives and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily monitoring of security tools, identifying and escalating potential threats in collaboration with IT teams.

• Coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring the timely resolution of vulnerabilities and incidents.

• Manage penetration tests and conduct annual cybersecurity assessments, documenting findings and ensuring remediation.

• Develop and maintain IT security policies and procedures; support teams in addressing identified security gaps.

• Lead preparations for Cyber Trust Mark Certification and similar external audits, ensuring organizational readiness.

• Conduct monthly phishing simulations and quarterly security awareness training to foster a cyber-aware culture.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and collaborate with relevant officers on privacy audits and risk assessments.

• Lead and manage key security projects, including the implementation of new tools and vendor security evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security, with a focus on risk management and compliance.

• Expertise in security monitoring and incident response, including threat detection and security tools management.

• Experience in vulnerability management and conducting security assessments, including penetration testing.

• Strong understanding of data protection laws and experience in supporting compliance initiatives.

• Proven ability to develop and enforce security policies, and prepare for audits and certifications.

• Demonstrated capability to lead security projects and effectively communicate security risks to stakeholders.
