You will work closely with our regional teams and MNC clients to ensure excellent service. Key responsibilities

• Managing and accountable for company operations including Business Development, Project Management and After-Sales Services

• Responsible for export market development, regional subsidiary office business development and management

• Establishing closer cooperation with existing MNC clientele in sales

• Follow up sales agreements, renewal service contracts

• Attend sales enquiry, quotations and DO

• Arrange shipments and prepare export documents

• Maintain stock record and inventory control

• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned

About you

• With or without experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided

• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relationship skills coupled with sincerity and honesty to maintain long standing support from our clients

• A proactive, resourceful with a positive "can-do" attitude

• Meticulous, independent, self-motivated and able to multitask effectively

• IT-savvy and proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office

• Possess Business or Engineering Diploma/Degree

• Preferably with relevant experience in Sales support
