• Position : Logistics Project Executive (Freight Forwarding)

• Location : Tagore Lane

• Working hours : Official - Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

• Occasional Saturday morning or after-hours support may be required

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to S$5,000 Basic + AWS + Allowances

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Fine Art Logistics and Museum Services

Join a specialised logistics organisation handling fine art shipments, museum exhibitions and international projects. Candidates without direct fine art experience are welcome, with hands-on OJT provided.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics projects from enquiry to completion.

• Manage client enquiries, project updates and timelines.

• Liaise with operations teams, overseas agents, airlines and shipping lines.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project documentation.

• Support import/export documentation, permits, billing and invoicing.

• Assist with client meetings and occasional local or overseas projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, project coordination, customer service or account management.

• Airfreight, seafreight or international logistics experience is advantageous.

• Willing to support occasional weekend, after-hours or overseas assignments.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to handle business correspondence, quotations, service updates and follow-up communication with an existing group of customers who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
