Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing MNC) - #1167059

Our client is a Manufacturing company in the Biomedical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing production team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.

Duties of HR Manager

• Identifying manpower needs and developing hiring strategies based on job market research and government policies.

• Advising on salary trends and adjusting compensation packages to stay competitive.

• Enhance Employee Welfare/Benefits by researching and recommending adjustments to benefits packages to remain competitive.

• Organizing activities and events to foster teamwork and morale.

• Ensuring HR procedures comply with ISO standards and customer requirements.

• Preparing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, coordinating with Operations, managing pre-employment processes, and maintaining employee profiles.

• Training Course Administration by sourcing and registering for courses, processing payments, and handling training-related matters.

Requirement

• At least 5 years of HR Manager experience in a MNC environment

• Degree in HR related discipline from local University

• Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility will be a bonus
