Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator - #1166976

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

• Location: North
  

Job scope:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods, ensuring quantities and product details match purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Store and organize inventory systematically while maintaining accurate identification and stock records.

• Update inventory transactions promptly in the ERP/WMS system to ensure stock accuracy.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily operational and delivery requirements.

• Perform routine stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory, excess stock, or discrepancies for timely resolution.

• Prepare warehouse documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery records, stock movement reports, and inventory summaries.

• Ensure proper inventory control practices, including FIFO, are consistently followed.

• Handle returned, damaged, or non-conforming goods and maintain accurate records of inventory movements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards.

• Liaise with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to support efficient warehouse and inventory operations.

• Assist with loading and unloading activities while ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
