Job Summary:
Detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll, tax compliance, and HR operations while ensuring accurate records and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory and personal income tax regulations across assigned regions
• Support corporate tax, personal income tax, withholding tax, and related filings in line with local regulations
• Handle basic accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, and coordinating with finance stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring strong data integrity and confidentiality
• Review, update, and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation to meet regulatory and company requirements
• Compile, analyse, and maintain HR and business data for reporting, statistical analysis, and management insights
• Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant with applicable labour requirements
• Provide administrative support and manage ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and tax compliance
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements, including personal income tax, withholding tax, and related compliance matters
• Exposure to Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and/or Thailand payroll and tax regulations is an added advantage
• Basic accounting knowledge, including reconciliations and financial record maintenance
• Familiarity with employment legislation and HR policy administration
• Proficiency in handling HR data, reporting, and analysis
