About the role

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to join our team at SSD Engineering Pte. Ltd. in our Ang Mo Kio office in the North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD to support our engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D CAD drawings and models to support the design and development of engineering projects
• Interpret design specifications, sketches, and engineering data to produce accurate and detailed drawings
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand requirements and deliver drawings that meet project needs
• Maintain and organise CAD files and project documentation in accordance with company standards

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an AutoCAD Drafter, preferably in an engineering or construction environment
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD software to produce 2D and 3D technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret design specifications accurately
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is preferred
