As a Medical Records Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Management of medical records.
Scanning and accurate indexing for retrieval, processing, delivery and release of medical records.
Uploading to electronic medical records.
Perform data entry and clerical work in Medical Record Office and attend escalations.
Manage stakeholders' expectation during service delay/ disruption.
Adhere strictly to the confidentiality & data protection obligations.
At times might need to cover counter duties when clinic assistant are not available.
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or Certificate in any field of studies.
