As a Service Crew (Korean Restaurant), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.

• Provide menu recommendations and answer customers' enquiries.

• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and properly set up.

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service.

• Process customer payments and handle basic cashiering duties where required.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and dining experience.

• Adhere to food hygiene, workplace safety, and restaurant SOPs.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

• Prior working experience in F&B

• Able to work on weekends/retail hours
