Contract Manager (landscape) - #1166797

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost projections

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities including tendering, tender interviews, stakeholder coordination, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Support contract administration, negotiation, and commercial management throughout project lifecycle

• Collaborate with operations teams to implement standards, initiatives, and best practices

• Review existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process enhancements

• Coordinate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and service quality

• Monitor implementation progress and ensure compliance with company standards

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc site inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and regulations

• Follow up on inspection findings, audits, and corrective actions

• Continuously improve work processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service delivery

• Maintain close collaboration with internal teams to drive service excellence

• Promote a performance-driven culture through teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, or management

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the landscape industry is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
