Salary: $4,000 – $6,200 per month + Allowances
Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and technical support at customer sites

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and system issues

• Respond to breakdown calls and provide on-site technical assistance

• Conduct customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance

• Prepare and submit accurate service reports promptly

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers

• Participate in standby duty on a rotational basis, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays

• Travel within the APAC region for short-term assignments when required

• Perform other duties assigned by the Team Lead

Job Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or GCE N/O Level in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in field service, automation, or industrial equipment support

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and ability to read electrical schematics

• Experience in warehouse automation, ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems), or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly preferred

• Willing to perform standby duties and travel overseas for short-term assignments
