Are you a detail-driven finance professional who thrives on accuracy, deadlines, and meaningful impact? Join our Financial Management team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a key role in monthly reporting, budgeting, audit readiness, and grant/funded-project accounting — supporting sound decision-making and strong governance.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports

  • Compile, analyse, and submit the annual operating expenditure budget

  • Prepare audit schedules accurately and within required timelines

  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable (AR) schedules and analyses; follow up with stakeholders on long-outstanding debts

  • Submit grant claim statements on time and in compliance with grant-making policy requirements

  • Prepare grant-related accounting entries and ensure grants and related records are recognised accurately and on a timely basis

  • Maintain complete accounting records for funded projects, including monthly and quarterly reporting schedules

  • Review cash flow forecasts for funded projects and ensure reimbursement and reporting requirements are met

  • Review and analyse actual performance against budgeted and forecasted results for funded accounts

  • Participate in system implementation projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to support system changes prior to Go-Live and enable smooth deployment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a relevant discipline

  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply

  • Good knowledge of regulatory standards such as Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel); familiarity with SAP is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders

  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage deadlines confidently
