Clinical Research Recruitment Officer (Perm Contract/ Part-time) - #1166760

Highlights:

• Office working hours (Able to commit at least 4 to 5 days per week)

• At least 1 year commitment (Extendable depending on working performance)

• Part-time: Min 1 year contract available

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and register potential volunteers from online sign-ups into the recruitment database.

• Respond to recruitment hotline calls and provide accurate information to potential volunteers.

• Schedule volunteers for General Screening sessions and manage related coordination.

• Complete administrative tasks before and after screening sessions.

• Support study recruitment by sending study invitations, arranging study-specific screenings, tracking attendance, and supporting enrolment efforts.

• Maintain proper filing, archival, and retrieval of Subject Master Files.

• Work with the Manager – Patient Recruitment on recruitment initiatives, including database updates and volunteer recall activities.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.

• Experience in recruitment, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and sharing information clearly with volunteers over the phone.

• Retirees, homemakers, and students are welcome to apply.

• Experience in volunteer or patient recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
