Our client is MNC Manufacturing in Server looking for Material Planner to join them!

• AWS

• Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus

Detail:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4500

• Working Hour: (Choose 1)

  • 5 Working Day: Monday to Friday | Office Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm

  • Wed - Sun | 7am - 3pm

  • Wed - Sun | 3pm - 11pm

• Location: Tampines (nearby Ikea)

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets

• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
