Job Description:
1. Project Financial Management & Strategy

  • Carry out financial activities such as project estimation, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting to ensure that project operations meet expectations and help achieve project operation targets.

  • Provide the project financial solutions, and promote the acquisition of high-quality contracts and the management of project financial risks through financial element activities at the project level.

  • Manage the quality of financial data at the project level, implement internal controls over financial reporting at the project level, ensure data accuracy, and support consistency between project inventory accounts and goods and compliance operations.

2. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, legal, delivery and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and professional manner.

3. Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and financial best practices.

  • Continuously improve financial processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Deploy and implement the digital transformation finance AI solutions.


Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountant or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience for finance management.

  • Experienced in finance management in ICT industry would be an added advantage.

  • Skills required: familiar with Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer and Oracle.

  • Knowledge of international trade, accountant, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; familiarity with visual analytics tools.

  • Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new knowledge.

  • The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.

  • Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese counterparts within the organization and HQ.
