Junior Account Executive

Location: Tai Seng
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,800 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who have basic accounting knowledge and are looking to build their career in finance. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship or working experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Prepare accounting schedules and reports as required.

• Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting operations.

• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience will have an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. UBS, MYOB) is an advantage.

• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
