Arty Learning

Senior Operations Executive (Growth to Manager Role)

Are you a strategic "Nerve Center" with the initiative to lead and the critical thinking to scale?

Arty Learning is a premier enrichment center entering an aggressive growth phase.

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Operations Executive who does not wait for instructions but anticipates needs. You will be the bridge between the Directors' vision and the center’s daily execution, ensuring operational excellence across all touchpoints—including our flagship "Learn & Grow" events.

The Mission

You are the architect of our efficiency. You will oversee daily center operations, manage a team of Executives, and co-lead the logistics for our large-scale educational events.

We want a leader who works independently and treats the business with an "owner's mindset."

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative & Leadership

  • Independent Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the center with minimal supervision. You are expected to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions before they reach the Directors.

  • Team Governance: Lead and mentor a team of Operations Executives (Full-Time & Part-Time) to maintain impeccable brand standards and safety protocols.

Event Management (Learn & Grow)

  • End-to-End Coordination: Take charge of the planning, logistics, and execution of "Learn & Grow" events.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, teachers, and parents to ensure events are high-impact, organized, and seamless.

  • On-Site Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact during events, managing manpower and troubleshooting real-time issues.

Financial & CRM Integrity

  • Invoicing & Enrollment: Oversee the student enrollment lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in invoicing records.

  • Data Auditing: Maintain a "Zero-Error" CRM database, providing the Directors with accurate reports on center health and growth.

Resource & Inventory Control

  • Supply Chain Mastery: Proactively manage stocktaking for crafts and curriculum materials. You ensure the center is always "class-ready" without over-purchasing.

Who We Are Looking For

  • The Critical Thinker: You don't just report problems; you present potential solutions for discussion.

  • High Initiative: You are a "Self-Starter" who takes pride in owning a project from start to finish.

  • Systems Minded: You have a passion for creating SOPs that make everyone’s life easier.

  • Fast-Paced Professional: You thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot from administrative auditing to live event management without missing a beat.

Working Hours (Full-Time)

* Weekdays (Tuesdays to Fridays): 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break)

* Weekends (Saturday or Sunday): 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1.5-hour break)

* Schedule: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend day

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/Accounting software.

  • Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: $3000 up (Commensurate with experience and a logic-based assessment)

  • Incentives: Performance bonuses and AWS according to the Arty Learning Incentive Scheme (pro-rated)

  • Career Path: Direct mentorship from Founding Directors with a path toward Regional Operations Management

Work Location: In person
