About the role

This role involves overseeing and supporting the daily welfare, discipline, and regimentation of residents in a hostel setting. You will manage safety and security protocols, provide care for daily living needs, and plan educational and recreational activities while fostering positive relationships with residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the daily welfare, discipline, and regimentation of residents.

• Manage safety and security protocols, including conducting body checks, security patrols, and dormitory inspections, as well as performing urine tests when necessary.

• Provide care for the daily living needs of residents in a hostel.

• Plan and conduct educational and recreational engagement activities for the residents.

• Foster positive relationships with residents and actively facilitate proactive and restorative circles.

• Participate in the admission process for new residents.

• Assist and execute tasks as part of various taskforces.

• Adapt to rotating shifts and demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, and responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience; 5 years preferred for senior roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and writing abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
