Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, and blue-collar positions.
Process workpass application and renewals.
Support monthly payroll processing and HR administration.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues.
Work closely with managers to address manpower challenges and staff concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Manage, guide and mentor team members.
Requirements
Minimum 9 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, and F&B with multiple outlets.
Hands-on experience in mass recruitment and payroll vendor relations.
Comfortable managing challenging employee relations cases.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work well in a team-based and fast-paced environment.
