Join our Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC) team and be part of a high-performing, 24/7 security command centre. As an RSOC Officer, you'll be the first line of defense in managing incidents, threats, and critical situations across APAC sites.

5-Day Rotating Shift

Shifts:

0700–1500

1500–2300

2300–0700

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regional security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)

• Perform live threat analysis and situational monitoring

• Respond to and escalate incidents across regional sites

• Coordinate with on-site teams and emergency services

• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

• Uphold alertness and professionalism in a high-pressure environment

Requirements:

• PLRD Licensed – SSO or above (SSM cert required)

• Minimum 2 years experiences in RSOC Operator Role

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Comfortable with rotating shifts and 24/7 operations

• Familiar with SOC operations, emergency protocols, and crisis response

• Basic IT proficiency (networking, Microsoft Office Suite)

• Punctual, disciplined, and situationally aware

• Willing to undergo background checks and re-certifications
