About the Role:

Our client is an established freight forwarding and logistics provider in Singapore looking to expand their operations teams. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to handle end-to-end shipment coordination, client servicing, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end shipment for diverse freight modes including FCL, LCL, Air Freight, and Cross Trade shipments.

• Coordinating booking requests, negotiating vessel spaces or schedules with carriers, and managing daily communication with clients and overseas agents.

• Verify essential shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and shipping instructions, while processing customs declarations and permits smoothly.

• Arranging local trucking, container stuffing, and warehouse coordination to ensure timely cargo delivery.

• Cross-check vendor invoices against job sheets, handle billing and job closing updates, and manage general administrative entries in the internal system.

Job Requirements:

• GCE N-Level, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred

• 1 – 2 years of experience in freight forwarding are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Familiar with Bills of Lading, FCL, LCL, Certificates of Origin, and Incoterms.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
