Sales and Operations Manager – Inbound Travel - #1166540

The Traveller DMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales and Operations Executive for Western Market Clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and prepare quotations for group bookings in response to enquiries from our partners.

2. Coordinate on-the-ground group operations, including but not limited to liaising with Hotels, Attractions, and Event Venues and ensuring smooth execution of travel and event plans.

3. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing them with accurate and prompt responses to their enquiries.

5. Assist in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
   

Requirements:

1. Excellent command of English.

2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in inbound travel, handling the Western markets.

3. Strong understanding of the tourism industry and group operations.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy making connections with people.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
