The Opportunity
There's no existing pipeline to inherit, no playbook to follow. You'd be building the market — figuring out positioning, finding the right buyers, and closing deals that establish Moka's presence in Singapore.
It's the kind of role that's genuinely hard to find: real ownership, a product with proven traction in Asia, and the backing to go long on the market.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract
Build relationships with HR leaders and C-suite decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies
Develop and execute a local go-to-market strategy, with the autonomy to test and adapt
Identify channel and partner opportunities to grow pipeline
Work closely with regional leadership, marketing, and product — and feed insights back into how we build
What We're Looking For
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with solid experience in tech. Prior experience in HRIS, HCM, or HR-related SaaS products would be an advantage.
Beyond the experience, we care a lot about how you operate.
We're looking for someone who takes feedback well — on deals, on approach, even on the product itself. Someone who's curious about why things work, not just whether they did. You know what you're good at, and you can talk honestly about where you're still figuring things out. And when the environment is ambiguous — which it will be — you find your own direction without needing a lot of external scaffolding.
If you've built something before — a territory, a market, a pipeline from scratch — that tells us a lot.
