Job Title: Accounting Executive

Location: Gambas Crescent (Moving in Q4 to Gambas)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

• Prepare and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Corporate Tax filings accurately and on time

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

• Manage accounting transactions involving multiple currencies

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and customers where necessary

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in GST and Corporate Tax compilation and submission

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, as the role requires frequent communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and customers

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and multi-currency transactions

• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or an equivalent Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
