JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.

• Attend to walk-in customers on queries, purchases, or any assistance needed

• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.

• Give product knowledge to existing and potential customers.

• Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times, interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right product and service.

• Carry out daily cleaning and ensure products are well merchandised

• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas according to myFirst marketing strategies.

• Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields.

• Have friendly and upbeat personality.

• Enjoy retail environment and comfortable to work on weekends and Public Holiday.

• Willing to work 6 days a week.
