Location: Alexandra / Pasir Panjang
Pay: Up to $2,500/month
Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs (9am to 6.30pm), Fri (9am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments to speed up urgent remittance payments.
- Conduct follow-up calls regarding remittance payment status, returned funds, & transaction clarifications.
- Manage document sorting, filing, and record maintenance.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma holder.
- Detailed-oriented & able to follow instructions accurately.
- Confident & comfortable speaking to customers (non-sales).
