1. Project Engineer (ACMV - M&E) /Up to $6,000 @Central

• Assist planning, execution, and completion of electrical installation projects.

• Attend site inspections and testing to ensure all electrical works meet project specifications.

• Coordinate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely progress.

• Preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, and other project-related documentation.

• Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines.

• Reviewing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications for accuracy.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 3 years in project management

• Knowledge in LV / MV distribution, lighting, power supply, earthing, and control systems.

2. Site Engineer (Aircon) /Up to $3,500 @Bedok

• Manage electrical projects to ensure they meet specifications, timelines and budget.

• Work with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to develop project plans.

• Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient use of materials and labour.

• Supervise a team of workers by assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.

• Provide training to the team and ensure safety protocols are complied.

• Inspect and test electrical systems/equipment to ensure quality and compliance with met.

• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Site Supervisor (Concrete) /6 days work week/Up to $4,500 @Joo Koon

• Monitor progress and work with Main-con/stakeholder to execute job scope.

• Enforce SOP to ensure quality of works and bring down rectification costs.

• Assign task to foreman/workers & ensure workers have been trained.

• Risk assessment & ensure measures are implemented including legal requirements.

• Investigate accidents/incidents & perform OH&S inspection & submit report to Manager.

• Inspect work area and conduct daily toolbox meeting, submit rectification papers for analysis.

• Submit monthly repair cost reports, and oversee plant operations to ensure precise chemical dosing.

• Maintain equipment in optimal condition to prevent delays in concrete batching.

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering with Class 3 License & 2 years experience in M&E/Construction.
