Urgent hiring: Program Management Manager (Precision / Semicon) - #1166431

Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact for all project communications. Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

• Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within the approved budget.

• Guide and motivate cross-functional teams—engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders—while cultivating a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

• Anticipate potential risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to ensure smooth project delivery and successful outcomes.

• Ensure all project outputs meet strict quality requirements. Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures.

• Track project spending and ensure adherence to budgets. Provide timely financial updates to the Sales Director and senior management.

• Maintain accurate project records and produce regular progress reports for management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

• At least 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing sector, with strong exposure and network in the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical industry.

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and equipped with strong presentation, communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
