Urgent hiring: Staff Product Specialist (MNC Semicon Backend) - #1166393

Responsibilities:

• Define product requirements based on market and customer needs for AFC/FC applications.

• Collaborate with R&D to develop and enhance software and hardware features.

• Support product development through requirement clarification, design reviews, testing, and validation.

• Conduct product acceptance tests, beta testing, and feasibility studies.

• Manage assigned hardware and software modules, driving continuous improvements.

• Support product launches through demonstrations, evaluations, and customer buy-offs.

• Collect customer and market feedback to improve product performance and competitiveness.

• Deliver technical training to Field Service Engineers and customers.

• Provide second-level technical support and collaborate with regional teams to resolve customer issues.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor backend industry and die attach (DA) processes.

• Experience in product development, requirement engineering, and project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of complex mechanical systems.

• Independent, adaptable, and a strong team player.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
